If booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the reservation arrival date, there will be a full refund of the deposit.

If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less than 14 days prior to the reservation arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking.

Deposits may be transferred to another booking provided cancellation is greater than 14 days prior to arrival.
